How long is the order processing time?
Depend on the delivery method you want. Normal mail will be 10 to 15 working days, Express delivery will be 5 to 7 working days
How do I make an exchange?
Take a picture and send it to cafiproducts@gmail.com and explain to seller what happen. We will reply in 24hours to advise you what is the next step we can help.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
For currently we only have paylah, bank transfer and paypal. We will bring in more payment mode in future.
